COFFEE BREAK
Coffee Break is a bumper film about a Delivery Dog running deliveries for coffee shops around an alternate Savannah where the plants and animals that run the shops are sentient. The film was directed by Lucas Lee. It was produced by Atlas Griffing (credited as Dani Griffing), Aubrey Rickman, and Joshua Decasseres. Atlas Griffing also did character concepts, layout art, and clean up animation for the film.
Layout Art
Dani worked on 3 separate layouts for the film. Two were for the Sentient Bean shots and one was for Foxy Loxy. The shops are based on their real life counterparts but also lean into the plant aesthetic and fox aesthetic.
Characters
Dani designed two characters for Coffee Break: a flower character that appears at the end of the film and a mushroom character that did not make it into the final film.
